We are a family run holiday rental business based in Orlando, Florida, originally from Belfast, Northern Ireland, and now proudly looking after some of Central Florida’s finest vacation homes.
Awaken Florida Rentals was founded by a husband and wife team who fell in love with Florida and wanted to share it the way it should be shared. Through beautiful, comfortable homes where families actually feel at home. Not hotels. Not soulless rentals. Real homes, looked after by real people.
Today we manage a growing portfolio of properties across Central Florida’s most sought after resorts, including Reunion Resort, Encore Resort, ChampionsGate, and Spectrum at Reunion Resort, welcoming guests from all over the world.
Because we are a family business, you are not dealing with a call centre. You are dealing with us. Every property is personally inspected, every guest message is personally answered, and every stay is treated like it is our own family staying there.
