A short drive from our properties, Celebration is a charming, storybook town originally built by Disney, and it still has that magic today. Wander brick lined streets past pastel coloured homes, browse the boutique shops on Market Street, or grab a bite lakeside at one of the town’s many cafes and restaurants. It’s a lovely, relaxed way to spend an afternoon away from the crowds.
Kissimmee
Known as the Vacation Home Capital of the World, Kissimmee is right on our doorstep and has something for everyone. Take an airboat tour through the wetlands, tee off at a course designed by golfing legends, cast a line on the Kissimmee Chain of Lakes, or explore the town’s lively entertainment districts. However you like to spend your day, Kissimmee makes it easy.
Historic Downtown Kissimmee
For a quieter, more local feel, Historic Downtown Kissimmee is well worth the trip. Stroll along the lakefront at Lake Tohopekaliga, browse the independent shops and cafes, and soak up a slower pace of life away from the parks. A lovely spot for a relaxed afternoon.
